Care Integration is a small Residential Facility for the Elderly, catering to the needs of Seniors who wish to enjoy 24-hour oversight in a home-based environment and the companionship of other seniors to optimize their mental health and wellbeing. Care Integration seeks to simulate the residents home environment as much as feasible so as to minimize the dislocations that the residents feel from moving away from the prior home.
Care Integration maintains adequate staffing round the clock to ensure residents needs are reasonably met at all times. Being a small facility, care is individualized to align closely to each resident’s health conditions and level of ability, Care Integration’s philosophy is to allow the Senior to independently carry out those Activities of Daily Living that they are capable of, while helping to meet the other ADL’s for which they require assistance.
The facility is transparent and encourages the input of the resident(s) and families in developing activities that will best serve the needs of the residents. The team at Care Integration is deeply motivated by their affinity for care and hope to meet the highest levels of care for its residents in a compassionate manner and in a dignified setting.
